- Okay, so my wife is on day 39 of a 32 day cycle. We are trying to concieve and used a clearblue digital ovulation test. On the second try it came up positive (smiley face). Her last period was on March 17th and her ovu. test showed positive on April 3rd (about 16 days after) We had *** late that night on the 4th @ about 2 am and then the next afternoon @ 2 pm. During that time she has had symptoms from heardaches, body sores, sore breasts, throwing up, fatigue!..so i know all i need to do is test. Before we have and it wasent the result we wanted but this time i want to not focus on it mentally and test when she’s about 2 weeks late. HOWEVER, as of last week she has been under some major major stress from work and family issues. I know it can delay her period but im just looking for some opinions because this obvious stress came after we tried to concieve and when she ovulated but can it (stress) have an effect on her period to this point where she is 7 days late? or is it maybe preg? All this considering we already made the efforts to concieve (sex twice on ovulation day) and that she has in fact ovulated. At this point 7 days late im just taking opinions. She is 23 with one child already and I am 27. Thanks! She’s had symptoms and is 7 days late. She did ovulate this month also.
